Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Tee Time Social HTX (“Tee Time Social,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our facility, booking simulator time, purchasing memberships, attending events, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Facility Use
All guests must behave respectfully toward staff, members, guests, and property at all times. Tee Time Social HTX reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual for unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior without refund.
2. Assumption of Risk
Golf simulator activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Being struck by golf clubs, golf balls, or equipment
- Slipping, tripping, or falling
- Physical exertion or injury
- Damage to personal belongings
By entering the facility or participating in activities, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
3. Liability Waiver & Release
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, all guests waive and release Tee Time Social HTX, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Use of golf simulators or equipment
- Participation in activities or events
- Facility access
- Negligence of other guests
- Personal property damage or theft
Participation is entirely voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
4. Health & Safety
Guests agree:
- Not to participate while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
- To follow all posted safety instructions
- To maintain awareness of swinging zones and active simulator areas
- To supervise minors at all times
Tee Time Social HTX may stop participation at any time if safety concerns arise.
5. Membership Terms
Memberships are non-transferable and intended solely for the registered member.
- Membership fees are billed automatically unless canceled
- Cancellation policies may require advance notice
- Abuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination
- 24/7 access memberships may require additional agreements, identity verification, and access credentials.
6. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled within the permitted cancellation window stated at booking.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to fees
- Tee Time Social HTX reserves the right to cancel bookings for operational or safety reasons
7. Private Events
Event hosts are responsible for:
- Guest conduct
- Damages caused by attendees
- Compliance with occupancy limits and facility rules
Additional event agreements or deposits may apply.
Simulator Safety Rules
For everyone’s safety:
- Only one person may swing at a time
- Always remain aware of your surroundings
- Do not cross into active hitting zones
- Use equipment responsibly
- Follow staff instructions immediately
- No running inside simulator areas
- Report equipment issues immediately
Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the facility.
